Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shift operations and team members Measure and mix materials with precision Maintain and optimize system parameters Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence Safely load and offload chemicals Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Train and mentor team members Work Schedule Requirement: This role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, alternating between: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (includes a 4% shift premium) All shifts are Monday through Friday .

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of chemical processing experience preferred ERP experience preferred Forklift and respiratory equipment certification (or ability to obtain) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees Lean Manufacturing mindset with a continuous improvement focus Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment and under pressure If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
