We're looking for a dental assistant ready to grow with us — experienced or just starting out. On-the-job training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Assist chairside during a variety of procedures Prep and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process X-rays (training provided if not yet certified) Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Support smooth day-to-day flow alongside our clinical and front desk team Qualifications: Dental assistant certification/license preferred, but not required — we'll train the right person X-ray certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one) Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills and genuine care for patients Benefits: Competitive pay, above local market rate Flexible scheduling (Tuesday-Thursday) On-the-job training and mentorship Growth opportunities, including hygiene development and leadership paths PTO, paid holidays, continuing education support How to Apply: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis — we aim to schedule interviews within 3-5 business days of applying, with a target start date of October 1st.
