Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1987 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. My State Farm career began right out of college as a Claim Representative before I had the opportunity to become an agent. After nearly four decades in the industry, I continue to enjoy helping customers protect the people and things that matter most to them.

Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing, traveling, and spending time with my wife and our two children. Family is a big part of my life, and that perspective shapes the way I approach both our customers and our team. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
