ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior SDET to build and maintain Web and API automation frameworks from scratch and define the automation strategy within the squads. MUST HAVES - 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.

• Strong programming skills in Java (a "developer-first" approach to QA).
• Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Playwright .
• Deep understanding of the "shift-left" approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines .
• Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives.
• Upper-intermediate English level. NICE TO HAVES
• Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors.
• Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., JMeter or Gatling).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SQL for data validation within test scripts.
• Experience working with mocking frameworks.

• Frontend Validation: Implement and manage frontend automation scripts to ensure a top-tier user experience.
• Coaching: Mentor other engineers on testing best practices and foster a "quality-first" culture.
