Summary: This position is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the restaurant. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus and rolled silverware to guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Essential Duties

Responsible for greeting and seating guests according to a seating chart. Should be outgoing and willing to interact with guests. Provide guests with clean menus and rolled silverware. Assists with keeping the dining room clean and rolls silverware, as needed. Must be knowledgeable and able to answer questions regarding the menu and food promotions Ability to lift approximately 15lbs, be on his/her feet for several hours and work in a fast-pasted environment.
