What We're Looking For

We are looking for a senior Machine Learning Engineer who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real business outcomes. Beyond strong technical expertise, the ideal candidate should demonstrate product thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience building enterprise-grade AI systems that solve complex business problems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade Machine Learning solutions.

Advanced proficiency in Pythonfor machine learning and data analysis, includingPandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.

Expert-level SQL skills for complex data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.

Strong experience with AWSand big data technologies such asSpark, Hadoop, or Presto.

Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise LLM applications in production environments.

Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic AI workflows.

Experience using modern LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

Strong understanding of production MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, deployment strategies, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

Strong product and customer-centric thinking, with the ability to design AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Understanding of business metrics, product KPIs, and AI solution success measurement.

• Amazon Redshift Experience for large-scale data warehousing.

Nice to Have

Experience with recommendation systems, semantic search, retrieval optimization, or search ranking.

Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security considerations.
