● Providing leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. ● Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts by an in depth analysis of Balance sheets ● Performing financial decisions, investment decisions and capex decisions by analyzing risk management ● Ensuring short term and long term fund requirements are met by cost efficient equity and debt funding mix ● Implement and maintain strict financial controls by due diligence and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities ● Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction ● Manage Investor Relationship Requirements ● Leadership Skills ● Good Inter personal skills ● Good communication skills with clarity of thought.
