• Long Term Care (LTC) Location: Denver, CO 80229 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pharmacist In Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead our new Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy opening in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the second location of a well-established pharmacy, helping to shape and grow our LTC services in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations at the new LTC location. Manage and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and service. Collaborate with healthcare providers, long term care facilities, and other stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and take on new projects to enhance pharmacy services. Adapt to evolving schedules and operational needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

& Skills Licensed Pharmacist with experience in long term care pharmacy preferred. Proven leadership skills as a Pharmacist In Charge or Pharmacy Manager. Strong organizational and communication skills. Flexible and open to schedule changes as the business grows and evolves. Eager to take on new projects and challenges with enthusiasm.
