No mandatory floating. One facility. One team. 🩺 What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting. Perform nursing assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changing healthcare needs. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols. Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records. Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate appropriate treatment. Assist with sick call, chronic disease management, and ongoing patient care needs. Recognize and respond to urgent medical situations while maintaining patient safety. Uphold professional nursing standards, patient confidentiality, and facility procedures.

Qualifications

✅ What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama or a license that meets applicable state requirements. Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it as required. Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Dependability and the ability to work independently in a structured healthcare environment.
