Director-Wealth & Retirement Development

The Director of Wealth & Retirement Development is responsible for leading growth across the Wealth Management and Retirement Plan Consulting businesses within the Wealth & Retirement Division of INTRUST Bank. This role provides direct leadership to Wealth Advisors and Retirement Plan Consultants, with accountability for new business development, active prospecting, team development, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Director serves as a visible leader within INTRUST Bank and the broader community, championing the firm’s value proposition, driving organic growth through self-sourced opportunities, and developing team members into confident, high-performing business developers.
