Case Manager - JMC

The Salvation Army is seeking applicants for a full-time case manager. This position is part of the Joseph Mc. Fee Center (JMC), a recovery focused transitional housing program for San Franciscans exiting residential treatment. The JMC program provides participants with the opportunity to build on progress made in early recovery and to work toward a healthy, independent and prosperous life.

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Case Manager’s main goal is to address the needs of JMC participants and cultivate a transformative community based on the program's principles of recovery, accountability, and service.
