Staff Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experience Trainer or someone with OPWDD experience seeking a chance to make a difference by training those new to the field. The Staff Trainer reports directly to the Training Manager is responsible for active participation in staff development through virtual, in person, and hybrid training programs.

The Staff Trainer will also participate in various agency initiatives aimed at improving the training experience, and ensuring staff compliance with training requirements.
