Training & Development Manager
Job description
The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing and delivering standardized hourly warehouse orientation and training programs across ODW Logistics facilities that ensure all team members—both new and existing—have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform their jobs safely, efficiently, and consistently.
These enterprise-wide programs drive strong performance, improve retention, and support long-term business success.
