Essential Functions

Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Experience with property management software required: One.
