To provide an exceptional first impression by greeting and assisting each patient, visitor, and team member that enters our organization to assure total satisfaction of the patient and visitor experience. ## # -######### High School degree or GED required -######### Proficiency in Word required -######### One year previous hospitality and customer service experience required -######### Exceptional customer service skills required -######### Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills -######### Clerical skills required including ability to use copier, fax and scanner -######### Ability to organize work, handle multiple projects/priorities and be creative in problem solving -######### Knowledge of proper English, Spelling # Grammar -######### Ability to use independent judgment in initial patient and public contact -######### Exhibits cooperative and collaborative skills with all contacts -######### Possesses willingness and passion for serving others -######### Ability to perform well and display grace under pressure -######### Prior experience working with volunteers preferred -######### BLS Certification required
