Job description
As a key member of our front desk team, you serve as the heart of the hotel, where most guest interactions begin & end.
Your role
shapes each guest’s experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. You provide efficient service across all shifts—including morning (AM), evening (PM), and weekends—ensuring consistency & professionalism at all times. You must be able to work shifts as needed to meet the hotel's scheduling demands.
Your responsibilities
include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, & addressing guest inquiries or concerns with courtesy, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. (AM, PM, and weekend availability required) Salary Range $18- $19.per hour
