• Wentzville, MO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Pick parts accurately based on customer orders, work orders, or transfer requests Pack and prepare parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition prior to packing or delivery Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure proper storage of parts Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely Support inventory control processes including cycle counts and audits Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse Follow all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, or parts experience preferred (agriculture or heavy equipment a plus) Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license may be required
