00 to $29.00 Major Responsibilities & Requirements: Provide patient and supportive instructional assistance to students with diverse academic and behavioral needs Experience with implementation of a Behavior Intervention Plan Identify areas and possible solutions to maximize the fidelity of data collection and of implementation of interventions Collection and ongoing maintenance of behavioral and instructional data Proactive communication and collaboration with the school team Strong understanding of the barriers to learning for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a proven ability to apply positive reinforcement techniques to bridge developmental gaps.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: Must have taken and passed the Para. Pro test or have 2 years post-secondary education (minimum 60 credits) or Associates Degree or higher Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or be willing to immediately participate in coursework and training to become an RBT Excellent professionalism and communication skills Consistent attendance is an essential function of this position Prior experience working directly with elementary school age students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinical, home, or school setting is highly preferred.
