Workforce Operations Manager
Job description
The Workforce Operations Manager is directly responsible for delivering consultative staffing solutions for tactical/operational service delivery for the dedicated division. Consultative staffing solutions include but are not limited to high volume hourly recruiting and orientation of new employees and associates in assigned branches.
The PM, optimizes service to the business for multiple branches by overseeing, planning and directing both direct hire and temporary agency high volume hourly recruiting in order to increase staffing growth.
