Freight Pricing Specialist (Cross-Border Trade) Location: Bangkok, Thailand Department: Cross-Border Trade & Pricing Operations We are currently establishing our logistics presence in Thailand and are seeking a meticulous and highly strategic Freight Pricing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of our cross-border trade operations, ensuring competitive pricing, strong vendor management, and optimized profit margins for regional land, sea, or air freight.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate, secure, and maintain competitive freight rates with carriers, shipping lines, and cross-border trucking vendors. Quotation & Cost Analysis: Provide accurate, timely, and profitable freight quotes to the sales team and corporate clients for regional cross-border movements. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, fuel surcharges, and fluctuating capacity to dynamically adjust pricing strategies.

RFQs & Tenders: Manage the end-to-end pricing workflow for large-scale customer RFQs (Request for Quotes) and tender submissions. Margin Optimization: Analyze cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize profitability per shipment.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing, routing, or cost analysis, specifically focused on cross-border logistics. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas) and exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS). Languages: Professional fluency in Thai and English to coordinate effectively with regional stakeholders and global carriers.
