Key Responsibilities

Gathering the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built. Determining what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency. The Level 1 Content Developer shall possess the following capabilities Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in the relevant courses. Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately.

Requirements

A current and active TS/SCI clearance with a Maryland (MD) polygraph is required for consideration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired. Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained. Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:• CNO operational duties• Development of related training• Instruction of related training

• Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.
