Senior Director of Solar Engineering

The Senior Director of Solar Engineering is our senior design authority for utility-scale solar and storage projects, responsible for the technical design basis that drives each project’s value, cost, and constructability. You will own the configuration and technology decisions that shape a project from initiation through early-stage design.

You'll balancing customer requirements, site and interconnection constraints, and company standards to define the right solution for each project and for competitive EPC bids. You will lead a focused, senior team of roughly 8–10 project engineers, technical specialists, and civil designers setting the design basis across the company’s utility-scale project portfolio.
