Paratransit Dispatcher

Air Star Transportation is currently seeking EXPERIENCED, Flexible, In-Office Access Dispatchers to join our team in a full-time position. The Dispatcher acts as the liaison between our company and its current clients. The right candidate will be flexible, dependable, positive and hard-working to cover shifts as needed.

Daily Responsibilities: Answer calls and provide support to questions and concerns Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Customer Service/Dispatching Utilize technology, software, and tools appropriately Able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Other duties as assigned Requirements (Knowledge and Skills): Knowledge: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer support, office, clerical role, preferred Strong sense of customer focus and being able to adapt to different personality types Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills Strong active listening skills A polite, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: Depending on experience Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Overtime Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Are you able to pass a drug screen?
