Key Responsibilities

Coordinate orders Quality Control - check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen. Timing Management - ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service. Maintain Flow - keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
