Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
Manage the operation of the Mini Bar when performing the daily duties , ensure the designated items are fully set up and in good condition. Job Requirements: At least 6 months previous guest room attendant experience preferred. Primary school educat ion level . Excellent language skills in Cantonese or Mandarin, English is preferred .
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays .
