Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Loan Administrator to support the bank's lending operations and loan systems. This role is responsible for administering lending platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting loan operations, and serving as a key resource for loan processing, servicing, reporting, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and project management skills. Develop and improve operational procedures, training programs, and system processes. Partner with internal teams to implement regulatory and technology updates. Monitor quality control, reporting, compliance, and operational performance. Provide support for loan servicing, audits, system conversions, and special projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Five years of banking, lending, or loan operations experience preferred. Knowledge of loan operations, loan servicing, and banking regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
