NAPA Auto Parts- Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Today, Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. owns and operates 14 NAPA Auto Parts stores across Northern and North Central West Virginia, continuing our long tradition of service, reliability, and community pride. We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations.

They will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers, and supervising staff, all while ensuring excellent customer service. Pay Rate: $14.00 Responsibilities Assist customers with finding the right parts, provide product knowledge, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Know the importance of partnering with your teammates to drive company owned store initiatives Inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues Willingness to dive in and work in all aspects of each department Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas Adhere to all company policies and procedures Other tasks as assigned Requirements Must hold a valid driver’s license with no major violations and no disqualifying criminal convictions Must be at least 18 years of age Excellent customer service skills Previous experience in an auto parts store or automotive industry or hobby/DIY world preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for multiple hours at a time.
