Position Summary

The Manufacturing Compliance Specialist is responsible for independently verifying that our manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and required documentation are being completed as defined. This position serves as an independent set of eyes on the plant floor, helping ensure that established safety, quality, operational, and compliance requirements are consistently followed. This is a developmental role for a future site Operations or Quality Manager.

The Manufacturing Compliance Specialist will conduct audits, perform product and material testing, review manufacturing and quality data, verify inspection equipment and records, and identify gaps between required processes and actual plant practices. This ro
