Editorial & Publishing Specialist

Job Purpose The role provides support to the MSC Geneva HQ PR IC team through content editing, production and publishing across MSC’s global platforms, internal communications mailings managed through Campaign Monitor; and KPI analysis and reporting to assess content and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support media monitoring activities Publish global articles and local articles when required Edit and publish short internal stories Publish Customer Advisories and other operational updates on MSC corporate channels Create simple quiz or questionnaires using Forms Upload videos on Stream and fill in the various field (i.

e., title, description…) Help source visuals using video libraries and image/video stocks Keep the editorial calendar up to date Edit and publish on global pages when required Prepare the layout of internal emailings, create and maintain templates, send emailings and maintain distribution lists in the platform Produce reports and dashboards, and analyse KPIs to assess content and platform performance.
