Wichita, KS | Part-time Weekend Cover | Inpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Location: Wichita, KS Hours: 16-20hrs/wk POSITION OVERVIEW: KVC Wichita is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for a weekend coverage role. The position is ideal for clinicians that cannot commit to a full-time weekday role and require schedule flexibility or wanting to supplement income.

1 or more weekends/month No oversight requirements Strong, tenured support staff No hold paperwork required Hourly or daily rate negotiable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide quality-driven care in an inpatient, youth setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing treatment for Child & Adolescent population, ages 4-18. Guide, collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of MAs, Nurses, LCSWs, and Techs.

QUALIFICATIONS

MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted medical license in KS required or ability to obtain. Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
