What You’ll Do As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing sales team and driving dealership success across our CDJR and Volkswagen operations. You will: Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop the New and Used Vehicle Sales team Drive sales volume while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles Build strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and repeat business Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience Partner with dealership leadership to achieve sales, gross profit, and operational objectives Lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and success What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a leader who brings energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for the automotive business.
