You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Assist guests with routine maintenance and express service needs. Explain recommended maintenance and service options.

Create repair orders. Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and estimated completion times. Coordinate with technicians to guarantee a smooth service experience. Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery. Support service lane operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

What You'll Bring

1 year of previous customer service experience. Prior automotive dealership experience is desired. Familiarity using CDK Drive or similar dealership management software. Provide a respectful experience for customers and communicate information clearly with customers and teammates. Accurate data entry skills. Handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining organization and productivity throughout the day.

Represent the dealership in a customer-focused manner while providing high-quality service. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
