Car Sales Executive

• Watertown, CT, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We have an immediate need for a Car Sales Executive. Sales Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our dealership's inventory and available vehicles
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and following up with potential customers
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall dealership goals Qualifications | Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and identification required for employment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of common mechanic shop tools
• Ability to bend, move, lift, twist and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen.
