POSITION Food Service Worker

• Part time Jerome Harrison Elementary School WORK SCHEDULE 4 hours per day, approximately 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. SALARY As specified in the Agreement between the North Branford Board of Education and the Local 1303-382 of AFSCME Council 4 RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with quantity food preparation Assist with daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions Set-up and breakdown serving lines Ability to work in a friendly manner with co -workers, manager and students Most be able lift and or move up to 40 pounds May operate cash register POS system QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED Previous experience with quantity food preparation and service Previous food sanitation courses desirable
