Graduate Engineer Trainee

CRA is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to support our engineering and production teams. This role offers hands-on training in manufacturing processes, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration in the Energy and Defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in production, quality, and design activities. Learn fabrication, machining, and assembly processes. Interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and technical documents. Support process improvements (5S, Lean, Kaizen). Coordinate across departments and prepare documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering. Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering concepts. Good communication, problem-solving, and learning attitude. CAD and MS Office proficiency is a plus.
