Job Summary

As a Monitoring Officer, responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, reviewing camera footage, and conducting confidential staff screenings to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and established SOPs. Maintain accurate documentation, promptly identify and escalate irregularities or security concerns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes.

Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training and hands-on learning, collaborate effectively with team members, communicate professionally, and proactively take on additional responsibilities. Manage workload efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, embrace ACE’s culture and values, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, confidence, and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially, in line with established SOPs. Ensure all monitoring activities are properly documented and reported to relevant stakeholders.

Identify and escalate any irregularities, breaches, or security concerns in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes by providing feedback and suggestions. Professional Development: Continuously enhance job knowledge by developing a strong understanding of all monitoring tools, systems, and procedures.

Participate in training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on learning to improve performance and technical skills. Teamwork and Collaboration: Build positive working relationships by actively participating in team discussions and supporting colleagues.
