Project Superintendent - Waterworks Operations

Role: Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, safety, subcontractors, labor, quality, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Enforce safety policies and maintain site security and cleanliness. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and field labor. Monitor work for compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. Review drawings for constructability and resolve field issues. Maintain project documentation and schedules. Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate with the project team.

Requirements

5+ years of water & wastewater construction experience. Experience with projects ranging from $1M–$40M . Knowledge of all phases of construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. OSHA 30 certification . High school diploma or GED. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
