Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout , ensuring projects stay on schedule, budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout . Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and billing . Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams . Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and Procore documentation . Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates . Ensure quality, safety, and successful project closeout .

Mentor and manage Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Coordinators .

Requirements

10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer. Experience with multifamily and/or large commercial projects . Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field . Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills . Experience with Procore and scheduling software (P6/MS Project) .

OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass required screenings. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
