Commercial Tenant Improvement Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial TI Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily construction site activities and subcontractors. Coordinate schedules, vendors, materials, and site logistics. Ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues. Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients. Maintain daily reports and project documentation.

Requirements

10+ years of construction supervision experience. Commercial TI/interior build-out experience. Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes. Ability to read construction drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. OSHA certification preferred. Procore and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
