Construction Project Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing cost, schedule, design, construction, and budgets. Ability to read and interpret construction documents. Knowledge of FAR, construction standards, safety, and environmental codes.

Strong communication and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel. Healthcare construction experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work onsite in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
