Bilingual Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter based in Canada. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will support high-volume talent acquisition across Canada, helping a growing field sales and marketing services organization build strong, successful teams.

You will manage multiple recruitment processes, primarily for sales positions, from candidate sourcing and initial screening through coordination and follow-up. Using your English and French communication skills, you will engage with diverse candidates and assess their suitability for different opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified talent efficiently.
