Job Summary

Requirements

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage the seating area and coordinate guest seating in an organized and efficient manner. Maintain accurate waitlists and provide guests with estimated wait times. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus as needed. Answer guest questions and assist with basic requests regarding the restaurant, menu, and services.

Communicate effectively with servers, management, and other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience. Monitor the dining area and assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly notify management when additional assistance is needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. On Your Feet: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift. Hearing Ability: Clear communication is key in a lively, bustling environment. Stamina & Energy: Bring enthusiasm and energy to keep the positive vibes going! Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must Stay Connected!
