Join a highly motivated team in India, where local expertise meets the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Group. Tasks & Responsibilities: Set up and operate VOLLMER Wire Cut EDM machines. Load programs and adjust machining parameters. Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments. Maintain production and quality records. Follow safety and housekeeping standards. Experience in Wire Cut EDM machine operation. Ability to read engineering drawings. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments. Basic understanding of CNC programming and Auto cad & machine maintenance.

Profile & Requirements: ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in operating VOLLMER Wire Cut EDM machines. Experience in carbide, PCD, or precision cutting tool manufacturing is preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.

Proficient in setting machine parameters, program loading, and process optimization. Knowledge of CNC programming fundamentals, AutoCAD, and machine maintenance practices. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators. Basic troubleshooting skills for machine operations and quality-related issues.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety standards. Ability to maintain production reports, inspection records, and process documentation.
