KITCHEN WORKER Job Description The Kitchen Worker is responsible for assisting with providing healthy meals to PK4-8th graders. You will work with the kitchen team to prepare and serve lunch under the supervision of the Chef. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Compliance to food and safety regulations at all times. Prepare, cook, and serve meals to students and staff in the school cafeteria.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment. Handle kitchen equipment with care and report necessary repairs immediately. Clear dirty plates, and silverware every after meals in the cafeteria. Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Experience working in a kitchen a plus but not required as we are willing to train Must have a good attitude Experience working with children a plus Can work from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm following the school calendar Stand for the duration of the shift, be able to lift 20 lbs. Monday to Friday during school calendar, 8:00am to 2:00pm
