Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to assist with the upkeep, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the property. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining the community, performing general groundskeeping duties, power washing, painting, and assisting with package deliveries and handling as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain the property's landscaping, outdoor areas, walkways, and common areas. Conduct power washing of sidewalks, curbs, building exteriors, and other designated areas. Perform basic painting tasks and touch-ups throughout the property as needed. Assist with receiving, organizing, moving, and distributing packages as directed.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property's common areas and outdoor spaces. Assist with general maintenance tasks and minor repairs as assigned. Safely operate and maintain groundskeeping tools and equipment. Report maintenance concerns, damaged property, or safety hazards to management. Provide support to the maintenance team with additional duties as needed.

Full-Time Sun-Thur 8am-4pm Pay rate: Up to $22 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE BOCA RATON AREA!
