Please visit us at www.fluenttech.net Project Manager We are looking for a proactive, highly accountable Project Manager to join our Delivery team.

You will lead end-to-end software integration projects for top global enterprise clients in Capital Markets. Responsibility will include Manage 1–2 complex software delivery projects simultaneously, from scope and requirements gathering to production go-live. Act as the primary point of contact for international B2B clients, setting expectations and communicating progress.

Manage customer delivery schedules, and mitigate risks using standard delivery methodologies. Work closely with R&D, Development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing mission critical software projects end-to-end. Must meet at least two of the following: Managed teams of 5+ developers. Led projects lasting 6+ months. Managed project budgets of $1M+. Directly managed external clients in EU or North America. Proven background in B2B client-facing projects or internal banking enterprise tools (no B2C/mobile apps).

Technical Background Proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills and fluent English Advantage FX (Foreign Exchange) experience is a HUGE plus! Additional background in Banking, Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Algo-Trading is also highly desirable.
