Director of Risk Management
Job description
The Director of Risk Management will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan that fosters workplace safety, improves accountability for management to coach and train employees on safety practices throughout the workday, and ultimately reduce the frequency and cost of workers compensation. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources and working closing with all levels of leadership, the Director of Risk Management will have the resources and support to make an impact.
