Maintenance Planner Supervisor

The Maintenance Planner Supervisor is responsible for supporting the development and execution of reliability-based maintenance strategies through effective preventive and predictive maintenance planning. Working directly with the Senior Maintenance Manager, this position supervises the maintenance planning team and coordinates maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability, maximize resource utilization, and minimize unplanned downtime.

The Supervisor works collaboratively with maintenance leadership, production, and other plant personnel to ensure maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and supported.
