-Serve as a liaison between the library and their branch community by reaching out to area organizations, providing outreach services, and promoting the library and its services -Ensure the branch follows library vision, mission, and strategies -Ensure the branch is an essential component of the community -Resolve escalated customer issues -Responsible for ensuring issues with facilities, technology, and security are reported timely and appropriately -Work collaboratively with peer library managers -Train library staff in library methods and procedure
