National Operational Data Specialist

Over 300,000 families have put their dreams in our hands, and you can as well. SUMMARY Manage and execute National Operational Data program for the Company and/or other program initiatives as assigned, including the standardization of option structure and cost codes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following.

1. Apply the Company’s vision, pledges, and guiding principles to every facet of responsibilities in an effort to improve our Company.
2. Manage item and option structure standardization across the enterprise.
3. Work with National Purchasing team to manage cost code standardization across the enterprise.
4. Work with Corporate IS for system enhancements needed for gaining efficiencies within Community Setup and reporting
5. Collaborate with Supply chain department leaders to develop a methodology that allows reporting on a variety of products.
6. Collaborate and provide guidance to outside consultants when implementing new system projects/enhancements as required.
7. Training on new system functionality as required.
8. Validate and ensure system consistency of data usage across the enterprise quarterly reporting to Director and VP Operational Data.

EDUCATION

and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5 years full-time management level position or equivalent work experience and 5-7 years of homebuilder experience, preferred.
